The Holy Toast
Some people may consider a piece of toast bread burned at the shape of Jesus face a miracle. Some think it a miracle when a random cloud in the sky is shaped like a cross or an angel. This is a well-known phenomenon in neuroscience called Pareidolia, (a psychological phenomenon involving a stimulus (an image or a sound) wherein the mind perceives a familiar pattern of something where none actually exists). The power of persuasion is immense. Thousands of years ago the Romans and Greeks. Archimedes invented statues of Gods which pour wine or move with an emission of the essence when people donate money in the temples. In the old Christian era in Europe, artistes invented statues of Mary and Jesus on the cross which wept tears and blood in front of the praying people. Same apply to pictures or statues and Icons leaking oil.

The problem is, when you do not see or agree with people of this mass delusion, they justify it as you are a weak faith, a disbeliever, you are not worthy of these miracles, or it is a blessing for only the chosen ones, not you.

Miracles used to happen to me when I was poor and humble. My old beat up car used to leak oil and emit smoke every day! Since I started driving new vehicles, those miracles stopped happening.
